My journey started from a deep interest in psychology, emotional healing, and personal growth.
I realized that many people want to work on themselves but don’t know where to begin.
That’s why I design guided journals that combine psychology and a soft spiritual touch, in a simple and accessible way.
The Ramadan Emotional Detox Journal was created to help you slow down, reflect, release emotional weight, and build a healthier relationship with yourself during this special month. My goal is not perfection. It’s awareness, growth, and peace one day at a time.
