Hi, I'm Paul.
After struggling with alcohol for more than a decade, I became fascinated with understanding why certain triggers seemed to have so much power over my thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
Over time, I discovered that the real battle wasn't with the trigger itself it was with my automatic reaction to it.
Through meditation, awareness practices, self-observation, and years of personal experimentation, I developed the concepts that eventually became the Trigger Neutralization Blueprint™.
This system is built around a simple idea:
Every trigger observed is a trigger weakened.
My goal is to help others better understand their triggers, build awareness, and create more space between stimulus and response so they can make choices from clarity rather than conditioning.
