- You must be over the age of 18 to use and buy my products, due to the mature nature.

- Do not claim my avatars or assets as your own.

- Price splitting is not allowed.

- Do not upload any avatar as public.

- All purchase forms must be filled out accurately. Submitting invalid or empty information (e.g., typing “none” everywhere) will void your license and result in being blocked.

- For gifts, you must provide the recipient’s correct information in the fields (email and information), and also use Payhip’s gifting option or DM me directly.

- Redistribution, resale, reuploading, or making my avatars/assets public is prohibited. Please direct others to my server or store instead.

- Credit is always required, regardless of how much you edit the avatar. (I’d love to see your edits!)

- Edits must be recognizable as the original product. Do not remove my name from the fbx or menu.

- Do not asset-mine my avatars. If you want to reuse an asset, you must purchase it from the original creator. You are not permitted to take any custom assets or edits off my avatars.

- No refunds will be issued as these are digital products. Please confirm all details before purchasing.

- A basic understanding of Unity or Blender is expected when using my products.

- You may be faced with import/upload issues of older/outdated models

- I do not provide uploads—you must have a PC to use these products.

- The rules above also apply to assets.

- Only redistribute assets on fully completed avatars.

- Credit is required.

- Assets may be used on personal, commercial, nitro, public and free avatars

- You must boost the server for at least 1 month.

- Instantly unboosting after claiming products will result in a ban.

- Long-term boosting is not required—only 1+ month minimum.
