ㅤ♡     True’s avatars are to be used on VRChat ONLY!

ㅤ♡     DO NOT: Share, leak, trade or price split my models!

ㅤ♡     DO NOT: Make my models public anywhere ever.

ㅤ♡     DO NOT: Upload my models to other accounts, or anywhere, if you are having issues with uploading, or gifting, please make a ticket in my server I offer free uploads!

ㅤ♡     DO NOT: Re-use any of the assets from True's avatars without purchasing from the original creators! No asset mining! Using or taking any assets from this model without purchasing/obtaining them from the original creator’s nitro/store is strictly prohibited.

ㅤ♡     DO NOT: Re-sell or claim any of True's avatars as your own, this includes making blatant copies of my avatars.

ㅤ♡     My custom sculpts are NOT allowed to be reused for commercial purposes, breaking this rule goes against my TOS and it will lead to being banned from my store and a potential blacklist.

⋆     If you the owner of my purchased avatar are making custom personal edits of my model that is okay.

⋆     If you are getting a personal custom edit done by someone using my model both parties must own the avatar.

ㅤ♡     If you have or acquired True’s avatar through illegal means, it is encouraged that you purchase the avatar the correct way through True's shop to prevent breaking TOS.

ㅤ♡     All the stuff I used for my avatars will be linked on the avatar purchase page.

⋆     Creators if I missed something please contact me ASAP, so I can correct it!

ㅤ♡     Posting photos or videos of True’s avatars on any social platform are allowed ONLY with credit to the avatars link or True's shop.

ㅤ♡     Use of True’s avatars on streams is allowed as long as it's not for religious or political activities!

ㅤ♡     Any purchase from True’s shop is non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the downloads, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If your bank account refunds the model, it's your responsibility to take care of that and re-purchase. All of my digital products are not refundable.
