By purchasing or using any products or services from TruVision Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including guides and resources, are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. No Guarantees

We provide educational and consulting services designed to support student-athletes and families. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including college recruitment, scholarships, or athletic success.

3. Personal Responsibility

Results depend on the individual athlete’s effort, academic performance, skill level, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. For services, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by TruVision Enterprises, LLC is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

7. Scheduling & Services

For 1-on-1 consultations, clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TruVision Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of our products or services.
