Bear with me. I know it's a lot. I'm just a very detailed person and wanna make sure you know everything you're getting into. TLDR at the bottom for the people who have the attention span of a raccoon like me.

About Commissioning Me

Hai Hai! I’m Tsundoku. I’m a game design student diving into the world of VRChat world creation. Please remember that I am one person, so I can only take so many commissions at one time. I have a waiting list prioritized by first come first serve. Please be patient. I have a channel in my server that shows my active commissions and when they will be done so you can see the waiting list. :)

Do’s and Don’t

I do not do any commissions involving any NSFW, Satanic Imagery, Gore

or Clubs. Really anything else goes, May it be an avatar room, hangout room, or environment, Just keep it clean. I have photos on my storefront under the “Gallery” section. These photos include photos from past commissions and general/paid worlds i’ve done. ♡

Payment process and Pricing

ALL payment will be given through my Payhip storefront. I do this so I can easily keep up with commissions, and for the privacy of your information. 

Typically, I receive all payment for the commission up front for the sake of buying assets for the project. After all, the payment is mostly for the assets, and for my time and effort. Depending on the commission type, Sometimes I will take payment as a 50/50, Meaning you pay me 50% before the commission, and 50% once it’s finished. You will then receive the unity world file once the final 50% of the payment is received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the agreed upon date, The project will be canceled due to commission line-ups. 

Licensing and Rights

I don’t care too much about what you do with the world upon receiving it. I do ask that you credit me upon using it. Please do not repurpose, repost, or redistribute it as your own. Though you paid for the commission, I still created it. It’s like purchasing an asset. Obviously, it can be uploaded to your own account, but please don’t upload it to any other accounts, websites, ect. 

Return Policy

Return policy is a little tuff with digital products. I can’t exactly send money back to you for a product that you can’t send back to me, again, considering it’s digital. With that being the case, I do not offer refunds at this time. 

Terms and Conditions

TLDR for those who have an attention span like me and cannot focus on long paragraphs.

• No Satanic Imagery, NSFW, Gore, or Clubs. Just keep it clean.

• All payments are given through my Payhip storefront for the sake of my mushy brain and your payment privacy.

• No refunds at this time.

• Depending on the commission, payment is received either all up front, or in the 50/50 method as mentioned above under Payment process and Pricing.
