I'm Ale — born in Florence. I cooked for a living for twenty years: my own restaurant, four-star hotel kitchens, high-end and fine-dining rooms, plus a year spent cooking my way around Australia. Today I work in real estate in the Chianti hills between Florence and Siena, and I live out in the countryside near Monteriggioni.
