What the First Readers Are Saying
"This book is laid out nicely, easy to follow, and doesn't feel like a boring textbook at all. Lots of pictures too, which makes it fun to just flip through even if you're not a huge history buff. You can tell whoever put this together really did their homework. Good pick if you're into architecture, history, or just like coffee-table type books with a bit of substance to them. Would definitely recommend."

She is passionate about conducting innovative research across interdisciplinary fields, including urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, sustainable design, transportation, architecture history, and civil engineering.
Tzivia’s first book is a product of a summer independent research project while Tzivia was a return intern at the Hagerstown Department of Planning and Economic Development.
She is also a music performer involved in a wide range of extracurricular activities. Tzivia has a diverse background in music, playing classical piano, including jazz, blues, pop, and country, as both a vocalist and guitarist.
Although Tzivia enjoyed playing the piano and guitar from an early age, she knew that she wanted to be an urban planner and an architect.
