Getting started
After payment, download your ZIP file and extract it on your computer. Read the included PDF guide and explore the demonstration workbook, then save a copy of the blank workbook for your own project. Keep a backup before entering live data.
Software requirements
You need Microsoft Excel with support for .xlsx files; desktop Excel is recommended. These are downloadable spreadsheets, not an online service. Portfolio figures are transferred manually between workbooks.

Email UKTradeToolsSup@outlook.com with your order reference, product name, Excel version and a description of the issue. For missing downloads, check your receipt and junk folder first. Please remove confidential project and customer details from screenshots.
Refunds and download problems
If your files are missing, faulty or not as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or a refund where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
For consumers, the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content can end once supply begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right. If those conditions have not been met, your cancellation rights remain. Contact support with any cancellation or refund request.
