Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for you based on your selected design, size, color, personalization, or other specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
Ready-to-Ship Items
If you have an issue with a non-personalized, ready-to-ship item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review your concern.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be considered for a return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once materials have been prepared, personalization has begun, or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
