Hi, I'm Roxy!

I'm half French, half Filipina — or, as we could say, half ube, half croissante. I created Ube Croissante as a way to merge my two cultures.

Born and raised in Paris with a French father and a Filipina mother, I grew up between French and Filipino culture and learned to speak both French and Tagalog from a young age.

I created Ube Croissante to share both languages and cultures in a simple, practical and relatable way, and to help build bridges between the two.
