PAYMENTS
- Upfront only!
- Price doesn't include tax or fees!
REVISIONS
- I'll provide updates in when i can!
- up to 5 revisions!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Full model and textures will be sent in Zip format through Gmail/MEGA/Discord (if on discord it will be pinned to our dms)
- Duration of commission will be 1 to 3 MONTHS, with business days (monday - friday). The duration can be longer due to complexity and other businesses. I will inform you beforehand or if something.
- There will be a $15+ fee for hard deadline.
REFUNDS
- If the commission is not marked as WIP, the client may ask for a 100% refund
- All upfront payments will not be refunded
- If the client cancels a commission after being marked as WIP, the client may request for a partial refund according to how much work has been made
- The client hereby accepts and understands the possibility that their refund request may be denied due to the commission being in a near state of completion
- If i has to cancel a commission, the client will be refunded 100% of the order
