We allow refunds within a 14 day period if you do not want to use our services for any reason, which means you have 14 days after you buy the Unicorn Tradepasss to order the full refund for the purchase. 

Note that your Tradepass purchase is not a subscription. You are charged only once when you buy it and your TradePass is valid for the period determined by its type.
