Meet the Creator — B. C. Ragland

Author | Visionary | Speaker | Founder of the YOU Matter Movement

Welcome to Universe Soul Creations, where imagination meets inspiration and every creation has a purpose!

I’m B. C. Ragland, an author, visionary, mentor, community advocate, and founder of the YOU Matter Movement. My mission is to inspire individuals to recognize their worth, discover their potential, and not just go through life, but GROW THROUGH LIFE!

My own transformation—from turning a mess into a message—continues to inspire me to transform challenges into purpose and uplift others along the way.

Through years of working with youth as an educator, coach, and community leader, I’ve witnessed the life-changing power of encouragement, creativity, and positive reinforcement.

Inspired by my daughters and granddaughter, I created Stella’s Dancing Shoes to remind children that confidence, happiness, and greatness begin within. Its message is simple but powerful:

“The Best Dancing Friend Starts Within!”

Through YOUth MATTERS, we’re building more than a collection of children’s books. We’re creating a platform of inspiring stories, educational resources, and meaningful products designed to support, uplift, and empower young people, families, and youth-serving organizations.

Because you can’t spell YOUth without YOU, every story and resource is created to remind young people that they matter, their voices matter, and their dreams matter.

Every purchase also helps us work toward a greater purpose: developing future youth initiatives and community programs, including Raising The BAR, as we continue connecting people, opportunities, and resources to create positive change.

Our vision is to become more than creators of resources—we strive to be a resource, building people up, strengthening communities, and helping the next generation discover their greatness.

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, educator, or community partner, thank you for being part of this Movement for Improvement.

Every Child Matters. Every Dream Matters. Every Story Matters.

With purpose and gratitude,

B. C. Ragland
