About Me
Hi, I’m Adrienne.
I’m a Registered Nurse, parent educator, and a mom of six who believes that motherhood, faith, and growth are often beautifully messy. Over the past 18 years in nursing, I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of parents about pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and the early stages of parenting. I currently work in parent education, helping families feel more confident as they prepare to welcome a new baby.
But beyond my professional life, I’m also a woman who has lived through life’s unraveling moments. Through my own journey of motherhood, healing, faith, and starting over, I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful growth comes from the places where life doesn’t go according to plan.
Unraveled Mama is a space where both sides of that story live together.
Here you will find practical education for parents, including guides on pregnancy, newborn care, breastfeeding, and the transition into parenthood. You may also find personal reflections, faith-based writings, and devotionals written from my own experiences navigating motherhood and life.
My goal is simple: to offer both knowledge and encouragement for women and families walking through the beautiful, complicated, and often transformative seasons of life.
Whether you are preparing to welcome a baby, raising children, or simply finding your way through your own story, I’m glad you’re here.
