Enjoli
Enjoli Morris is a Women’s Empowerment Mentor, Special Needs Parent Navigator, and Holistic Healing Enthusiast dedicated to helping women and families live with intention, resilience, and joy. Born and raised in Mount Vernon, New York, Enjoli journey is a story of transformation—rising from a childhood marked by hardship to creating a life rooted in healing, advocacy, and purpose.
With a professional background as a health educator and nine years of experience in nutrition, Enjoli brings a wealth of knowledge about holistic wellness, lifestyle changes, and the power of mindful healing. Her personal experiences with PCOS and holistic health inspired her to explore natural solutions, self-care practices, and detox methods that promote balance in mind, body, and spirit.
As a proud mother of four daughters—two with autism and one with multi-spectrum cerebral palsy—Enjoli knows firsthand the challenges and triumphs of raising children with unique needs. She is the founder of Wear’n Awareness, a special needs bracelet collection that symbolizes advocacy, love, and connection for families and caregivers. Through her platform, Up From Here, she supports parents as they navigate IEPs, educational systems, and resources while teaching them how to reclaim their own identity and joy.
Enjoli is also the author of 7 Steps to a Golden Life, a guided journal for women healing from trauma and rediscovering their purpose. Her work—whether through writing, speaking, or mentorship—is grounded in the belief that no matter how heavy the journey, it is possible to create your own version of a golden life.
