About Me

My life has been shaped by science, technology, diverse cultures and a continuing curiosity about how people and systems work. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Physics, I studied Instrumentation Engineering at the Madras Institute of Technology and later earned a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science. I also completed an MBA while building my professional career in Australia.

My work in information technology has taken me across India, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, where I have helped implement and maintain business systems for major organisations. These experiences strengthened my appreciation of disciplined reasoning, sound judgement, character and the importance of understanding people and systems as interconnected.

Alongside my professional life, I have remained deeply interested in physics, mathematics and philosophy. I am particularly inspired by India’s philosophical traditions and classical Tamil literature, especially the Thirukkural and its timeless reflections on virtue, wealth and human relationships.

Life Rules by E. Suresh Kumar

Through stories, real-life examples and thoughtful reflection, Life Rules explores how we can better understand ourselves, other people and the world around us. It looks at how we can develop our abilities, build caring relationships, act with integrity, use money and wealth responsibly, and recognise habits that may slowly weaken our well-being.

The book’s Life Fulfilment Model brings these parts of life together. It shows how personal growth and helping others can strengthen one another. At the heart of the model is Arul—an inner ethical strength developed through wisdom, good character and compassionate action.

Written especially for younger generations, while welcoming readers of all ages and backgrounds, Life Rules is not a strict rulebook and does not promise easy answers. Instead, it invites readers to ask questions, continue learning and put their understanding into everyday practice—for their own growth and for the good of those around them.
