These terms apply on a large scale when it comes to all purchasable files. Terms are subject to change, and may vary for specific files as well, if specified. Please follow these and support my boundaries as a creator.

• No refunds. Unity/Blender knowledge is heavily recommended.

• Do not redistribute, trade, resell, or leak these files to anybody, or anywhere. Do not upload these assets for anyone, unless all parties involved have bought the rights to these files. I use the money I make from these to fund future endeavors and to support my family, as we are all disabled and don't have stable income otherwise.

• Do not claim that you created any of these assets, and please give me credit in some form, no matter the usage of this file. A name drop in a description is enough.

• Please keep edits private in the case of VRChat avatars.

• No blatant NSFW or fetishistic material.

• Nothing openly discriminative or targeted negatively against repressed groups.

• I am not responsible for anything outside of the original creation of this asset.

In the case of free assets, I will be more lenient with how these files are distributed, but the rules above still apply. Please respect my boundaries as a creator.

• I highly advise edits to remain private, but in the case of free assets I will not take direct action.

• I also highly advise to not give out these files directly in the case of free assets, and to instead direct towards the download on my Payhip/Kofi. Not only does this make things easier for me, but it also helps me directly on a larger scale.

• Terms of use are subject to change at any time, and you must follow when they do so.

• I have the right to subject punishment if you are in bad faith. Not following these terms can lead to DMCA or blacklisting of your email.
