When I first stepped into the world of virtual assistance, I didn’t have a roadmap. I had experience, passion, and a desire to support people, but not the templates, tools, or guidance that would have made those early days easier. Over the years, I’ve supported small businesses, membership groups, and leaders through strategic admin, branding, events, and relationship‑building. I’ve seen first-hand how powerful good support can be and how transformative it is when someone finally feels seen, organised, and able to breathe again.
But I also saw something else: talented new VAs entering the industry full of potential, yet lacking the confidence or resources to get started. That’s when the idea for The VA Collective Hub began to take shape.
