Welcome to The VA Collective Hub.

Your space to learn, grow, and build a business you’re proud of.

About VA Collective Hub

I’m Karen, founder of VA at Your Service and creator of The VA Collective Hub, a space built from experience, heart, and the belief that no one should have to build their business alone.

After years supporting small businesses and leaders with strategic admin, branding, events, and relationship‑building, I saw talented new VAs stepping into the industry without the tools or confidence they deserved. So I created the support I once needed.

Today, I blend practical expertise with creative direction, and I’ve built a digital hub filled with templates, planners, guides, and resources to help new VAs launch with clarity and confidence.

My work is grounded in:

  • Inclusivity & community – everyone deserves a seat at the table
  • Legacy & impact – building businesses that mean something
  • Warmth, honesty & real support – because we rise higher together

Whether I’m supporting clients or empowering new VAs, my mission is simple: to help people feel capable, confident, and ready to build something they’re proud of.
