1. LICENSE

You are purchasing a personal-use license. You do not own the artwork, textures, or digital files.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You may NOT:

• Resell, trade, or share the files.

• Remove the required “Do Not Wear / Property of VaehNoir” icon when used in public servers.

• Upload the YTD into any public clothing menus.

• Claim the design as your own.

• Edit the files for resale.

3. EDITING POLICY

All edits must be requested through Discord.

• $3 per add-on (details added)

• Free removals

Outside editing is NOT allowed.

4. PUBLIC SERVER RULE

You may use the skin in public servers ONLY if the required “Do Not Wear” icon is kept as the item preview.

Removing or hiding it violates the license.

5. DELIVERY

All products are delivered instantly as digital files via Payhip.

6. REFUNDS

No refunds are issued for digital items except for incorrect or corrupted files.

7. DMCA & ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized use or distribution will result in:

• DMCA takedown

• Permanent blacklist

• Loss of access to all future products

8. AGREEMENT

By purchasing, you accept all terms of this agreement.
