By purchasing or downloading any VaehNoir product, you agree to the following:

1. YOU MAY:

✓ Use this skin on your personal FiveM/GTA character.

✓ Use it in PUBLIC SERVERS ONLY IF:

  — You use the “DO NOT WEAR / PROPERTY OF VAEHNOIR” preview icon.

  — The skin is NOT added to a public clothing menu.

✓ Make personal edits for yourself only.

✓ Request paid add-ons or free removals through Discord.

2. YOU MAY NOT:

✘ Share, leak, or redistribute the YTD or PNG files.

✘ Upload the face skin as a public option for other players.

✘ Remove the required “DO NOT WEAR” icon when used on public servers.

✘ Edit the skin to resell or share.

✘ Claim the design or edits as your own.

3. SERVER OWNERS:

• You MAY add the skin for the buyer ONLY.

• You MUST keep the required preview icon visible.

• You MUST NOT share the file with staff or players.

• Every player must buy their own copy.

4. EDITING:

• All add-ons MUST be done by VaehNoir through Discord.

• $3 per add-on.

• Free removals for your purchased skin.

5. VIOLATIONS:

Unauthorized sharing, removing the required preview image, or editing for resale will result in:

 — Permanent blacklist

 — Loss of access to all future drops

 — DMCA takedowns

 — Ticket blocking + store ban

This is a PERSONAL USE license. All textures remain under full copyright to VaehNoir.
