By purchasing, downloading, or using any product sold by vantablackstudios, you agree to the following terms.

Vantablackstudios and Apartment 214 are operated by a single creator head, with delegated roles. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, community management responsibilities, event scheduling, and real-life obligations.

Ownership & Copyright

All avatars, textures, graphics, and digital assets sold through vantablackstudios or APARTMENT 214 remain the intellectual property of those proprietors and/or their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the content—it does not transfer ownership.

Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, all products are licensed for personal use only.

You may:

• Upload the avatar to your personal VRChat account.
• Make personal edits and customizations.
• Use the avatar in screenshots, videos, streams, and social media content.

You may not:

• Redistribute, leak, share, trade, or resell any files.
• Upload paid avatars publicly.
• Claim any part of the product as your own work.
• Extract assets for use in other distributed projects.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is prohibited unless written permission has been granted by vantablackstudios or Apartment 214.

This includes selling edited versions, using assets in products for sale, or distributing any part of the product to clients or third parties.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once files have been delivered.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving a product may result in license revocation, loss of access to future products, removal from associated communities, and submission of evidence to payment processors, and blacklisting.

Enforcement

Unauthorized redistribution, leaking, resale, or copyright infringement may result in DMCA takedowns, license termination, and further action where applicable. Vantablackstudios and

Apartment 214 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
