AI is a tool, and it still needs a human to set it up, run it, check it's working properly and bring the human touch. Our role has metamorphosed: we now use the amazing (and daily growing) range of AI tools to get our clients the best possible solution for their tasks. That's how Beyond the Inbox was born.

This book is our answer to that question. It is written for virtual assistants, by virtual assistants, who want to answer it with confidence, and who want to use AI to move from doing tasks to running systems and leading people.

It’s packed with action plans, prompts and templates. And don’t be put off by how much it covers. You don’t have to read it start to finish. Whether you’re brand new to AI or already using it, jump straight to the chapter that fits you best and put it to work today.
