I am working at Portsmouth Football Club as a professional academy coach in their youth development phase, whilst also currently completing my UEFA A licence. Since leaving university with a degree in sport coaching, i've taken on a real passion for sport psychology and how it can be applied in the elite Football setting! Along with meta-cognition, which lays the roots for my VGFB ebook, i'm also exploring other areas such as solution-based coaching and leadership as a whole.
