What you CAN do -

• Use my avatars for streams/videos/events etc as long as the credits go to me.
• Edit my avatars as long as they don't stray from the original work too far.
• Get private commissions done by trusted model creators/editors. They cannot keep/use/share the files afterwards.
• You can gift to someone as long as their information is at the checkout.

What you CANNOT do -

• Do not upload any avatar as a public, even free models. All models should be obtained through my Payhip or Jinxxy.
• Do not upload any avatar to any other accounts but yours.
• Do not share/leak the files. All models/assets should be obtained through mine or the asset creators Payhip or Jinxxy.
• Do not price split. If you cannot purchase an avatar then wait until you can. I do sales every few weeks.
• Do not take or reuse any assets, textures, head or body edits from the avatars for personal/commercial use.
• Do not purchase NSFW 18+ models if you yourself are not 18+. NSFW models are clearly stated so there is no room for accidental purchase.
• Any server codes are only allowed for use to those in the server.

• All sales are final and non refundable as they are digital products.
• Checkout information must be correct. Usage of my products may be revoked if found otherwise.
• Rules and TOS may change in the future.
• If VRC updates and anything breaks on the model i am not held responsible, that is out my control. If this happens contact me.
• I, VIVIOLET, am not liable for any hate crimes or damages etc that involves the uses of my avatars.

Any issues/questions join my server and make a ticket.

• Uploads are free in my server.
• If you are needing someone to upload to your account make a ticket in my server.
• You will be asked for proof of purchase.
