Valencia Knox Davis is a Florida native whose life exemplifies resilience, dedication, and artistic expression. She is a breast cancer survivor, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class with over two decades of service, and has dedicated more than 30 years to social work. Her poetry, much of which was written during her military service overseas, reflects her personal experiences and universal emotions.
