Because each item is unique and handmade, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Final Sale
All products and handmade mug rugs are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we take every effort to ensure the quality of our products, if your mug rugs or any of our products arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. The following conditions apply:
- You must report any damage or defects within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at vanoutransferscreations@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
If your item is deemed damaged or defective, we will:
- Offer a replacement of the item if available, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method ( once received the item)
3. Refund Process
Once we have received the damaged or defective item (if required) and verified the issue, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.
4.Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products and our final sale policy:
- All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable except for items that are damaged or defective.
- Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.
