All Products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for either a replacement or a refund.

2. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the Products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments through such as credit cards and PayPal. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

3.Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within up to 6 weeks  for mug rugs and 5-7 days for other products after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that while we strive for prompt delivery, shipping delays may occur beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details.

4.Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a return or replacement. Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items only when we have received the items.
