At Vanou transfers and creations, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Since digital files are instantly accessible after purchase, we do not issue refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Compatibility issues (please check file formats before purchasing)
2. Exceptions & Support
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem:
✔️ File corruption or download errors – If you are unable to access the file due to technical issues, we will provide a working download link.
✔️ Duplicate purchases – If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, contact us with proof of both transactions, and we may offer a refund for the duplicate.
✔️ Wrong file received – If you receive the wrong file, we will send the correct one at no extra charge.
