Laszlo Cser brings 27 years of HR and leadership development experience spanning corporate HR management, interim executive roles, and senior leadership positions across Central and Eastern Europe. His career includes Country HR Director and HR Leader CEE roles for major multinational organisations, giving him first-hand understanding of the pressures, politics, and possibilities that senior leaders navigate daily.

Laszlo founded Vantaris Consulting in January 2026 to bridge the gap between the depth psychology he believes transforms leaders and the practical, evidence-based frameworks organisations require.

The Alchemy of Leadership framework is the intellectual foundation of the Vantaris Leader programme.
