Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

2. Digital Product Purchases

All purchases are processed through our online storefront hosted by Payhip. Product descriptions identify the materials included in each purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file formats, software requirements, and other relevant information before completing their purchase. Prices are displayed on individual product pages and may change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be presented during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, discontinue products, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

3. Digital Delivery and Download Access

After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital products are generally made available through a download page. Customers may also receive an email containing their receipt and download information. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and maintaining access to that address. If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. We recommend downloading and saving backup copies of your purchased files. Access to previously purchased products may be affected by account restrictions, refunded transactions, technical interruptions, or discontinued services.

4. Product Licensing and Permitted Use

Unless a product description or accompanying license states otherwise, Vantec Digital Media intends to provide each purchaser with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for their own personal activities or internal business operations, subject to applicable platform licensing requirements. For products expressly licensed for business use, intended permitted activities include:

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the original product, its underlying intellectual property, or its copyright. 5. Prohibited Uses

Unless Vantec Digital Media provides express written authorization or the applicable product license specifically permits it, you may not:

Redistribute, share, or give away the original downloadable files.
Upload purchased files to public websites, file-sharing services, or digital marketplaces.
Sell modified versions of purchased templates or toolkits as competing downloadable products.
Repackage purchased materials into another digital product for resale.

Remove copyright notices or ownership information from purchased files.
Share purchased files with unauthorized individuals or organizations.
Transfer, sublicense, or assign your purchased license to another party.

Making minor changes to a purchased document, design, or template does not automatically grant permission to redistribute or resell the resulting file. If you need additional licensing rights, please contact Vantec Digital Media before using the product beyond its stated permissions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise identified, original content created by Vantec Digital Media, including its product designs, original written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, and branding, is owned by Vantec Digital Media or its applicable licensors. These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party materials incorporated into certain products may remain subject to the rights and licensing restrictions of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of third-party intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of protected materials may result in legal action or other appropriate remedies.

7. Product Customization and Business Applications

Many Vantec Digital Media products are designed to be customized for individual business needs. Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting purchased materials before using them in real-world business situations. Examples include:

Updating business names, dates, and contact information.
Reviewing contractual language before using business forms.
Checking calculations and formulas in spreadsheets.

Ensuring marketing materials comply with relevant advertising requirements.

Vantec Digital Media does not guarantee that a particular template or resource will satisfy every customer's unique business, regulatory, or professional requirements.

8. AI Tools and Educational Resources

Some Vantec Digital Media products provide educational information, instructions, prompts, or workflows involving artificial intelligence. AI technologies can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate results. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it. Vantec Digital Media does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability of outputs produced by third-party AI services. Customers must independently comply with the terms of any AI platforms, software applications, or third-party services they choose to use. Purchasing one of our AI-related products does not automatically include access to paid third-party AI subscriptions, applications, or services unless expressly stated in the product description.

9. Refunds and Purchase Issues

Digital products are delivered electronically and generally cannot be physically returned after delivery. Refund requests and purchase concerns are handled in accordance with our separately published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Customers should review that policy before purchasing. If a product cannot be downloaded, contains corrupted files, or materially differs from its description, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue.
