Please read these terms before purchasing or downloading a mod.

Before you buy

Read the product description carefully. It lists:

• Supported bodies, shapes, races, and genders
• Gear items replaced
• Required mods
• Included files and options
• Known issues or limitations

Only the fits, files, and features listed are included.

Please have a basic understanding of installing and using FFXIV mods. You only need knowledge of 3D software if you plan to edit the mod yourself.

Use at your own risk

You install and use mods at your own risk.

You are responsible for the mods you install and the changes you make. I cannot guarantee account safety or that a mod will work with every setup or future update.

My mods are unofficial and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Square Enix.

Fit & clipping

Each mod is made with care, but some clipping may happen with certain poses, animations, body scaling, or other gear.

Minor clipping does not always mean the mod is faulty. If you find a significant problem on a supported body or shape during normal use, please contact me with screenshots and details.

Product support

I can help with problems in my mod files, such as:

• Broken or unusable files
• Missing advertised files or options
• Incorrectly packaged modpacks
• Significant problems with an advertised fit

My Penumbra knowledge is limited. I cannot provide Penumbra setup help or troubleshooting. This includes installation problems, collection settings, and mod conflicts.

I also cannot provide general 3D software help, editing lessons, custom refits, or support for changes made by other people.

Extra colors, shapes, sizes, and features are requests, not product fixes.

Future game, body, or tool updates may affect the mod. Updates and future compatibility are not guaranteed.

Personal use

You may:

• Use my mods on your own characters
• Make private edits, recolors, and refits
• Make private ports to other games or platforms
• Commission edits under the rules below
• Show my mods in screenshots, videos, and streams, including monetized content

Earning money from screenshots, videos, or streams does not by itself require a Commercial License.

Editing my work does not make the original asset your own. Please follow the sharing and release rules below.

Sharing with family & friends

You may privately share my mods with family and up to two friends. They do not need their own purchase for personal use.

Everyone receiving the files must follow these terms and must not share them further.

This exception does not cover groups, communities, commissions, or commercial projects.

Public edits & refits within FFXIV

For my free mods: you may publicly release edits, recolors, refits, and conversions without asking me first.

For my paid mods: you may publicly release body and shape refits without asking me first. Other edits, recolors, and conversions need my permission.

For all permitted public releases:

• Credit me as the original creator.
• Include a direct link to the original product or release page.
• Clearly explain what you changed.
• Follow any supporting creators’ permissions.

Refits of paid mods must require users to purchase the original. Do not include the original modpack or provide a way to avoid that purchase.

These permissions do not automatically allow you to sell edits or refits within FFXIV. Please ask me before doing so.

Commissioned edits & refits

You may pay someone to edit, recolor, or refit a mod for you.

For paid mods, both you and the person doing the work must own a purchased copy. The family and friend sharing exception does not apply to commissions.

A private commission must be delivered only to the client. If you want to release it publicly, follow the public release rules above.

Commissions for ports to other games follow the porting rules below.

Ports to other games & platforms

A port is a version of my asset converted for another game or platform.

You do not need a Commercial License for a private personal port or a free public port that earns no money.

For a free public port:

• Credit me and link directly to the original release.
• Follow any supporting creators’ permissions.
• If the original mod is paid, require users to purchase it.
• Do not include my original modpack or source files, or bypass the original purchase.

When a Commercial License is needed

A Commercial License is required if you plan to earn money from the port. This includes:

• Selling the port
• Putting it behind paid access
• Including it in a paid character, bundle, or other product
• Accepting payment to create the port, even if the client will only use it privately

For these projects, the porter, the commissioning client, and anyone else working on the asset must each own a Commercial License.

Customers buying the finished port do not need a Commercial License from me. You may sell and deliver the files they need to use the finished product.

Those customers do not receive permission to redistribute the asset or use it in their own products for sale.

A Commercial License does not allow you to sell or share my original modpack or source files. It also does not transfer ownership of my work.

My permission only covers my assets. Check the permissions for any third-party bodies, textures, or other content.

I do not provide support for ports or compatibility outside FFXIV.

Sharing & resale restrictions

The sharing and release permissions above are exceptions to the following rules.

Otherwise, you may not:

• Share, leak, trade, reupload, or redistribute my files
• Sell my original modpack or source files
• Include my work in downloadable bundles or collections without permission
• Obtain paid mods from someone else instead of purchasing them
• Claim my original work as your own
• Remove credits or mislead people about who made the asset

You may sell finished ports when you follow the Commercial License rules above.

Respectful use

Do not use my work to promote hatred, discrimination, harassment, or exploitation.

Do not use it in content that sexualizes or exploits minors.

Do not suggest that I created, sponsored, or endorsed your project without my permission.

If these terms are broken

Breaking these terms will result in a permanent ban from my store, future purchases, future releases, and product support.
