Terms of Service & License Agreement
Effective Date: Upon Purchase
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Vayne, you (The Customer) agree to these Terms of Service (TOS) and License Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use these products.
This TOS applies to all my products, including avatars, assets, textures, props, and add-ons, both free and paid.
License Types
All Vayne's products are licensed as:
Non-exclusive – others may also license the same product.
Non-transferable – license cannot be given or sold to another person.
Revocable – license may be revoked if terms are violated.
Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the files. You are granted a license to use the product under these terms.
Rules for my Products
Avatars
Age Requirement
All Avatars are 18+
(unless free or listed otherwise)
Permitted Uses
You MAY NOT:
- Claim the avatar as your own
- Resell, redistribute, or share the avatars publicly
- Asset farm in definition means to extract or use any assets/textures from the avatar.
- Use edited assets from the avatar onto any other project.
- Upload the avatar to someone else's account.
- Use avatars in NFTs, blockchain, AI training datasets, or generative AI
- Use AI content on my avatars in any capacity.
Refund Policy
All avatar purchases are non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback may result in:
- Immediate revocation of license
- DMCA enforcement
- Permanent restriction from any of my products.
DMCA & Copyright Enforcement
My avatars are copyrighted and protected under U.S. law and the DMCA.
I may file DMCA takedown notices for:
- Unauthorized redistribution, leaks, or resale
- Use on accounts not owned by the purchaser
- Sharing or repackaging the product
Assets
Permitted Uses
- Assets can be used for personal, public, free, or commercial avatars, if included in a completed model.
- Assets can be modified for personal or commercial use.
- Credit is required for commercial use is to hyperlink the item/ store page.
Prohibited Uses
- Do not claim assets as your own
- Do not resell, redistribute, or share raw asset files
- Do not use assets outside of completed avatars
- Do not use in NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI training datasets
Refund Policy
All asset purchases are non-refundable. Chargebacks result in:
- Revocation of license
- DMCA enforcement
DMCA & Copyright Enforcement
My assets are protected under copyright U.S. law and the DMCA.
I may file takedowns for:
- File leaks, sharing, or redistribution
- Unauthorized use or resale
- Use in avatars without credit.
