• You must be over 18 to request a commission involving real money.
• All artwork commissioned may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed.

⟣꙳☆ Payment Policy ☆꙳⟢

• Available payment methods include Paypal, Stripe, and Ko-fi.
• For payment $100 USD and under, I will take full payment once sketch is approved.
• For payment over $100 USD, but equal to or under $250 USD, I will take a 30% non-refundable deposit before your sketch, and then the rest of the payment balance after the sketch is approved.
• For payments over $250, but equal to or under $300 USD, I will take a non-refundable deposit of $80 USD before the sketch, then discuss a payment plan with you after the sketch is approved.
• For payments over $300, but equal to or under $500 USD, I will take a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD before the sketch, then discuss a payment plan with you after the sketch is approved.
• For payments over $500, I will take a non-refundable deposit of $180 USD before the sketch, then discuss a payment plan with you after the sketch is approved.

⟣꙳☆ Refund Policy ☆꙳⟢

• Digital products provide downloadable files. If products have been downloaded, there will be no refunds.
• If digital files have not been downloaded, please email trendysett@outlook.com with information of your transaction and allow 7 business days for a refund to process.
• Refunds are not eligible if it has been more than 7 days since the purchase.

⟣꙳☆ Hold / Delayed Payment Policy ☆꙳⟢

• This pertains to adoptables and YCHs that are put up for sale.
• Holds and planned payments must be honoured within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in a warning. If you have already been warned, you will be blacklisted.
• It is not the artist’s responsibility to remind you of payments due.
• Holding a YCH requires a non-refundable deposit that is 40% of the original price for every week it is held. This can be paid upfront or per week.
• If the full price is not paid in 2 weeks, the YCH will be released for others. Previously paid balances are not refunded.

• All information you give me will not be disclosed to anyone other than myself.
• Your information is used strictly for payment processing.
• If you would like your commission to be private, please message me on the platform you commissioned me from.

• Artworks you commission from me is yours to keep for personal purposes unless otherwise discussed.
• Artworks you commission from me may be used for promotional purposes and will be posted online.
• You are allowed to repost, redistribute, crop or resize, or make minor edits to the image.
