Important Notice

Please read this document carefully and in its entirety before purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service offered by Velora Mastery. By completing a purchase or accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any portion of this document, you must not proceed with a purchase or access our content.

Section 1: Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Customer," "you") and Velora Mastery ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the Velora Mastery digital program, platform, materials, and all associated products and services. Velora Mastery is a premium digital transformation program priced at USD $297.00, designed to support personal development, physical improvement, and confidence-building for men.

The Program is delivered entirely in digital format; no physical goods are shipped in connection with any purchase. By initiating a purchase, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

All information you provide during checkout is accurate, current, and complete.

You are not violating any applicable laws or regulations by accessing the Service.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of your purchase or first access, whichever occurs first. Continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updated versions of these Terms.

1.2 Description of the Service

Velora Mastery provides a structured digital program comprising written guides, instructional materials, frameworks, protocols, and supplementary resources focused on personal development, physical appearance, confidence, and social performance. All Content is delivered exclusively through digital access channels, such as secure member portals or downloadable files.

Access is granted upon confirmation of successful payment. Velora Mastery reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or module at any time, provided the core educational substance is materially preserved. Material changes will be notified via your registered email. Such updates do not create a right to a refund if the core substance remains intact.

1.3 Eligibility and Account Registration

The Velora Mastery is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. Velora Mastery reserves the right to terminate access without refund if a User misrepresents their age.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login information. Access is strictly individual and non-transferable. Each purchase grants access to a single individual user only. Group use or organizational access requires a separate written agreement. Unauthorized multi-party use may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

1.4 Pricing, Payment, and Order Confirmation

The Program is offered at a one-time purchase price of USD $297.00, unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, and other available processors. By submitting payment, you authorize Velora Mastery to process the transaction.

Payment must be fully cleared before access is granted. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email. It is your responsibility to ensure the email provided is valid and capable of receiving our communications. Velora Mastery is not liable for non-delivery due to User-end issues like spam filters. Pricing may be revised at any time, but changes will only apply to future purchases.

1.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Velora Mastery is registered. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Section 2: Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Product Refund Framework

Because Velora Mastery is a digital product where content can be reviewed and retained immediately upon access, our refund policy is structured to protect both the Program's integrity and the interests of Users with legitimate access issues. Velora Mastery does not offer refunds as a standard, unconditional right. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed upon submission.

2.2 Conditions Under Which a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be approved if all the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.

The request is sent through official support channels with the registered email and order reference.

The User provides documented proof of a material failure of core content or a verified technical failure that prevented access.

User has not downloaded, copied, or redistributed any portion of the Program.

No dispute or chargeback has been filed with a financial institution prior to or concurrent with the request.

2.3 Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if:

The request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.

The User has accessed a substantial portion of the Content.

The User did not achieve desired results or failed to implement the material.

The User changed their mind or claims the Program was "not what they expected" despite accurate sales page descriptions.

The User violated Terms (e.g., sharing credentials) or initiated a chargeback.

The purchase used specific no-refund promotional credits.

Clarification on Results: Velora Mastery is an information-based program. Results depend entirely on the User's initiative, effort, and consistency. Failure to take action does not constitute a product deficiency and does not entitle a User to a refund. Purchase does not guarantee a specific outcome.

2.4 How to Submit a Refund Request

Your email request must include:

Full name.

Email address used at checkout.

Order reference number or transaction ID.

Date of purchase.

A clear, detailed description of the specific issue.

Velora Mastery will acknowledge the request within three (3) business days and aims for a decision within seven (7) business days. Failure to provide requested additional information within five (5) business days will result in automatic closure of the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically taking 5–10 business days depending on the provider.

2.5 Subscription and Payment Plan Provisions

If a payment plan is used, installments are due regardless of the User's engagement level. Failure to complete installments does not entitle the User to a refund of prior payments. Velora Mastery reserves the right to revoke access and pursue collection for outstanding balances.

Section 3: Fraud & Chargeback Protection Policy

3.1 Policy Overview and Purpose

Velora Mastery uses a fraud detection framework to protect operations and legitimate customers. We maintain detailed records (IP addresses, geolocation, access timestamps, interaction logs) which may be used as evidence in disputes or legal matters.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct: Fraudulent Transactions

Strictly prohibited activities include:

Using unauthorized or stolen payment credentials.

Providing false personal information during checkout.

Exploiting discounts inconsistently with their terms.

Misrepresenting a transaction to a bank or extracting content with the intent to dispute the charge.

Detected fraud will result in immediate access revocation and potential referral to law enforcement.

3.3 Chargeback Policy and User Obligations

Chargebacks are intended for genuine fraud, not as an alternative refund mechanism.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact: Users must contact velora support and allow seven (7) business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms.

Right to Contest: Velora Mastery reserves the right to contest any chargeback by submitting evidence of authorization and delivery, such as IP logs and content access timestamps.

Consequences of Abusive Chargebacks: Bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent access revocation, reporting to fraud databases, recovery of administrative fees, and referral to collection agencies or legal counsel.

3.4 Friendly Fraud Prevention

"Friendly fraud" (initiating a chargeback for a legitimate, authorized purchase to get the product for free) is treated as theft. Velora Mastery uses tools to identify patterns consistent with this behavior.

3.5 Liability for Fraudulent Transactions

Unauthorized users assume full legal liability for transaction amounts and consequential costs. Legitimate cardholders claiming unauthorized use should report to their issuer; Velora Mastery will cooperate with such investigations through proper legal channels.

Section 4: Digital Delivery & Access Policy

4.1 Nature of Digital Delivery

Velora Mastery is fully digital; no physical goods are shipped. Delivery is considered complete when access credentials or links are transmitted to your email or when access is granted to the platform.

4.2 Access Timeline and Technical Requirements

Access is usually near-instantaneous but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. Users must have a compatible device, stable internet, and a supported web browser. Velora Mastery is not responsible for access failures due to factors within the User's control. Technical issues should be reported immediately to Velora support.

4.3 Access Logs as Proof of Delivery

Velora Mastery records login times, IP addresses, device types, and content sections accessed. These logs are admissible as evidence that the Program was delivered and accessed.

4.4 Access Duration and Continuity

Access is granted for twelve (12) months from the initial access date unless otherwise specified. Velora Mastery is not obligated to maintain the Service indefinitely. While we aim for uninterrupted service, planned maintenance or external factors may cause temporary outages. If the Program is discontinued, Users will receive reasonable notice and, where feasible, alternative access.

4.5 Non-Transferability of Access

Users may not sell, gift, or transfer access. Sharing an account with multiple individuals is a breach of Terms. Velora Mastery monitors for indicators of account sharing (e.g., simultaneous logins from disparate locations) and may suspend accounts pending investigation.

Section 5: Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Velora Mastery does not warrant that the Program will meet specific personal objectives or that results will be achieved in a specific timeframe.

5.2 Limitation on Damages

Velora Mastery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. In all cases, Velora's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5.3 Educational Information Disclaimer

7.2 Scope of License Granted

The Velora Mastery name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Users may not use these elements or represent themselves as Velora Mastery affiliates/partners without written consent.

7.4 Anti-Piracy and Content Protection

Velora Mastery uses digital fingerprinting and watermarking to detect piracy. Anyone found leaking or distributing content will have access revoked and may face civil or criminal proceedings for infringement.

Section 8: Account Security & Misuse

8.1 Security Monitoring and Logging

Velora Mastery uses automated monitoring to detect unauthorized access and suspicious patterns. We log login events, IP addresses, geolocation, device identifiers, and content accessed. This data is used for security, fraud detection, and dispute resolution.

8.2 Prohibited Account Activities

Prohibited conduct includes sharing credentials, simultaneous logins from multiple devices, and using VPNs to evade access controls.

8.3 Consequences of Misuse

Violations may lead to suspension, permanent access revocation without refund, blocking of specific IP regions, and referral to legal counsel or fraud prevention networks. Access may be suspended during investigation.

8.4 User Reporting

Users are encouraged to report security vulnerabilities or unauthorized content distribution to VELORA support.

Section 9: Dispute Resolution Process

Section 12: General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Velora Mastery. If any part is invalid, it will be severed while others remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. Velora Mastery is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure).
