༒COMMISSION TOS༒
- ☨ Commission prices regarding the base price and assets are not negotiable. I will consider with the prices of toggles, however.
- ☨ Create a TICKET to commission me. DO NOT DM ME.
- ☨ NSFW Avatars will NEVER be created by me. I don't care who you are. If you ask me to make it NSFW before the avatar is started, you will be refunded and the commission will be cancelled.
- ☨ I DO NOT DO REFUNDS AFTER THE AVATAR HAS STARTED PRODUCTION. Once that head and body are merged together, you owe me the money for the avatar (base price only).
- ☨ If you are rude to me or treat me like I am incompetent while I am actively making you something, I will refuse further service without a refund.
- ☨ Do not ask me to make an avatar identical to my public models for your personal use. I will not do that.
- ☨ Do not ask me to give you the unity package to the commission. If you need something changed you have to go through me.
- ☨ Reference pictures are needed and non-negotiable. If you don't supply a reference I will not start the commission until you do.
- ☨ I will not begin any work on the avatar until the base price for it is IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. Most money transfer apps take a few days, please keep this in mind.
- ☨ I AM STILL A FULL TIME STUDENT AND I HAVE A PART TIME JOB. BE PATIENT >:(.
- ☨ I will not edit another persons avatar for you unless I own the avatar too, that will be added to the commission price.
- ☨ Refer to the commission sheet below AFTER READING THESE RULES. If any of these rules are broken during the process of the commission, avatar production will be stopped and you will not be refunded.
