Our Chief Executive Coach and Founder, Katrina Brittingham is an author, public speaker as well as a radio and TV personality. January 2019, VentureReady LLC established Venture Ready Broadcasting an online radio and tv network. This purchase allowed us to expand our reach to 170 countries. We provide career advice to corporate employees, authors, and entrepreneurs as they develop and transition. This also provided us an opportunity to give our clients a platform to gain exposure as authors, business owners, and thought leaders in their fields.
Our staff frequently appear as career experts on radio shows and have conducted workshops & training for the International Association of Women (IAW) and the National Society for Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). We have volunteered as an academic advisor and career coach with institutions including, the University of Phoenix.
In addition to the experience above, our staff has almost two decades of experience in the field of health insurance, internal and external auditing, accounting, business management, process improvement, change management, and operations compliance.
We are all certified resume writers and career development and transition coaches dedicated to guiding you to the nest destination by building strong professional and personal brands.
