I’ve been passionate about fitness almost my entire life. I grew up as an athlete, competing in soccer and swimming, and earned multiple certificates through dedication, hard work, and discipline. Those early years taught me how powerful the body can be when you train with purpose.

About five years ago, I transitioned into the world of bodybuilding, where I fell in love with the process of gaining weight the right way, building muscle, and sculpting a physique that’s strong, feminine, and confident.

Now, I dedicate my energy to helping others do the same , whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I’m here to guide you. My goal is to help you unlock your full potential, feel powerful in your body, and build muscle without losing your shape.
