Any chargebacks result in immediate termination of a license. Can be resolved with a ticket in my server if there was a mistake.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW TOS WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING

• Immediate loss of license for all products.
• Immediate permanent ban from:

Discord Server , Store Page , Social Platforms etc.

• Anyone who gifts stuff to banned users will also be violating TOS

♡ Personal Use License for ONE vrc account ♡

• Discord , Vrchat Username , and email used at checkout
• Couples Packages must be purchased to one account , then make a ticket in my server to get a free coupon for the package for the second individual use option Gifter Support

♡ Can be Gifted ♡

• Gifter must put recipients information at checkout including email, Gifter does not have rights to any packages unless purchased with their respective information at checkout

♡ Editing is Permitted ♡

• Color / Texture Changes
• Adding / Swapping a hairstyle

( One Hairstyle , If you would like to edit further please make a ticket in my discord server using Support Option

• Tattoo changes / Addons
• Material Edits

♡ Streaming ♡

• Streaming on all platforms is permitted as long as there is proper credit to my store page

• File-Sharing , Leaking , Price Splitting , Re-Sale of any kind is strictly prohibited

• AI involvement of any kind will not be permitted use with my creations
• Discrimination of any kind
• Political Involvement
• Bullying/Harassment

✗ Uploading ✗

• Public Uploads
• Uploading to Friends Accounts
• Uploading on Alt Accounts

✗ Platform Rules ✗

• Avatars may not be uploaded to any gaming platform aside from Vrchat

✗ Ripping , Re-use ✗

• All components of avatar cannot be removed or re-used. Must be purchased from OG Source

✗ Over - Editing ✗

• Any changes to the mesh without direct permission

(heavy face or body edits are strictly against my TOS , all edits must be ran by me first to assure they are not excessive )

• Head and/or Body Swaps
• Adding too many meshes

(adding clothes/acc etc. is lightly permitted however more than 5 Total Meshes is prohibited or must be ran by me first )

Can only be sold on finished models , taking parts to build/make new assets to sell is against my TOS

Credit with a direct link is required
