Once you complete your purchase, you’ll immediately receive a download link from Payhip—both on the confirmation page and by email.
- eBooks / Digital Books: You’ll get a secure BookFunnel link in your email, which makes it easy to download your book to Kindle, Nook, Kobo, iPad, phone, or computer. BookFunnel even walks you through the steps if you need help.
- Other Digital Files (if any): These will be available directly through Payhip’s download link.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Reach out to me at SylviaVirtualBookseller@gmail.com and I’ll make sure you receive your book.

We keep it simple! Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all U.S. orders. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Because shipping carriers sometimes increase their rates, this flat fee may change in the future—but we’ll always do our best to keep costs fair and transparent.

Because eBooks and other digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you have trouble downloading your book or accessing your file, please contact me at SylviaVirtualBookseller@gmail.com. I’ll be happy to help you get your purchase.

We want you to love your books! While we don’t offer general refunds on print purchases, we will happily replace any book that arrives damaged.
To qualify, please contact me at SylviaVirtualBookseller@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. I’ll make sure a replacement is sent out to you.
