All 3D models sold in this store remain the intellectual property of VityaB. When you purchase an asset, you are buying a license to use the model, not ownership of the model itself.

You are permitted to use these assets in personal and commercial projects, including games, renders, animations, and other creative works, provided they are part of a larger, original project.

However, you may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense these models in their original form or in any slightly modified version. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Claiming the original asset as your own work
• Including the asset in free asset packs, giveaways, or downloadable collections
• Uploading the asset in a way that makes it directly downloadable by others

Modifying a model does not grant permission to resell it as a standalone product. The assets must always be incorporated into a final product where they are not the primary value being distributed.

Royalty-Free License

All assets are provided under a royalty-free license. This means you may use the purchased models in unlimited personal or commercial projects without paying additional fees or royalties after the initial purchase.
