I’m Fawster Voytko, a former Division I baseball player, professional pitcher, and master’s graduate in psychology.

My baseball career has taken me through every level of college baseball. I started in JUCO, where I was named a TX/NM Region 5 JUCO All-Star, continued to NAIA baseball, where I earned All-Conference honors, and eventually competed at the Division I level before continuing into professional baseball.

Throughout that journey, I’ve spent years learning what works, what doesn’t, and how difficult it can be to navigate the endless amount of training information available to athletes.

I created Voytko Performance to share what I’ve learned and make that process simpler for other athletes.

Train with purpose. Perform with confidence.
