My name is Leah and I am Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Online Fitness coach. I started my fitness journey in 2015 and since then I have conquered my own fitness goals - as well as helped multiple other women build & maintain lean muscle, lose stubborn body fat, reduce inflammation, have more confidence, have more positive energy, and say goodbye to gym anxiety.

It is my passion to help other women take out the guess work, find their true confidence, and become knowledgeable to maintain a healthy positive lifestyle in every aspect.
