About Me

Hi, I'm Keshni.

I am a nurse, writer, mother, strategist, recovering overachiever, and former extreme practitioner of what my friends call "pulling a Kesh" — the art of scheduling an entire weekend's worth of activity into a single day.

Life has taken me through some extraordinary highs and some devastating losses. I've lost people I love, lost my health, rebuilt more than once, and learned that life rarely unfolds according to plan.

Through writing, I explore the things that make us human: grief, resilience, purpose, faith, generosity, belonging, personal growth, and the quiet work of rebuilding when life changes unexpectedly.

My books are a mixture of storytelling, reflection, practical frameworks, humour, and hard-earned lessons from real life. I don't write because I have all the answers. I write because asking better questions has changed my life.

When I'm not writing, you'll probably find me with a cup of coffee, a crochet project, a notebook, a stack of books, or attempting to convince myself that proof-reading is more fun than starting the next project.

Thank you for visiting my little corner of the internet.

I'm glad you're here.
