Upon purchasing any of our products, a file will be available to download which you can then insert directly into any of your games. If you have any issues receiving your product please contact us using either the contact form or by opening a ticket in our Discord server.

Firstly check that you've followed the collision group setup guide which was provided alongside the product file as a PDF. If you have followed these steps and the bus is still not working try inserting it onto a new baseplate game. If none of that works please contact us using the form above or by opening a ticket in the Discord.

We are a small team, however we try to work as much as possible in order to bring you new buses and other assets. But we do also have lives of our own so we can't always tell you when a product is likely to come out. However updates are posted in our Discord server so you can track any ongoing development.
