About Me
When I was an exec, I was often frustrated with quick fixes that didn’t work for me and by being asked to accept others’ advice as my own truth. Coaching has given me the chance to remedy this, as it is about finding the best ways for each client to create lasting change and to thrive. I am not interested in simply plugging leaks, accepting worn-out tropes or working generically. I want to make sure that issues are solved for good, not just for the moment. I guide my clients to the place where they can find root causes of behaviors, habits, and roadblocks so that they can do the work of finding new and more effective ways of thinking, working, and leading.
