Hi, I’m Jessi — founder of Wallace Quail Co. in Erie county Ohio. What began as a simple love for chickens turned into a passion for quail when I discovered they were perfect for city living. After hatching my first batch, I was hooked.

Now, I raise Coturnix and button quail with care and joy, sharing beautiful eggs with families, hobbyists, and classrooms across the U.S. Every egg is hand-collected, packed with care, and backed by a whole lot of love for these amazing little birds.
