All products sold by WarVet03 through this store are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once an order has been completed and access to the digital product has been provided.

Refunds will not normally be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

• Duplicate purchases caused by the customer

• Incompatibility with third-party software, websites, platforms, devices, or services

• Dissatisfaction with personal creative results or AI-generated output

• Failure to use, access, or download the product after purchase

• Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or redistribution of the product

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file format, included content, and system or platform requirements before completing a purchase.

If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed through the provided download link, contact music@warvet03.com within 7 days of purchase. WarVet03 will provide reasonable technical assistance, restore download access, or provide a replacement copy when appropriate.

A refund may be considered only when required by applicable law or when WarVet03 determines that a genuine technical issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
