These terms are in place to protect both the integrity of Westcliff Work's and the experience of our customers.

File Formats Disclaimer - Westcliff Work's

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., in a bundled collection), all models are provided in .RBXM or .RBXL format. These files are intended for use within the Roblox platform.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these file formats are compatible with their intended use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you possess the necessary skills and tools to utilize these assets within Roblox Studio.

Westcliff Work does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for issues related to file incompatibility or conversion difficulties.

Digital Product Notice

All products sold by Westcliff Work's are digital Roblox assets delivered electronically. These are not physical items, toys, or tangible products.

Upon purchase, you will receive downloadable files in the specified format (typically .RBXM or .RBXL). No physical goods will be shipped.

Please ensure you understand this before placing an order. If you are looking for physical collectibles or merchandise, these products will not meet that need.

1.1A – Product License

When purchasing a Product from Westcliff Work, you are granted an editorial, non-commercial license.

This license prohibits the following actions:

• Reselling or redistributing the model
• Extracting or modifying assets for resale
• Leaking files or sharing them publicly
• Engaging in any activity that may harm Westcliff Work’s sales, intellectual property, or reputation

2.1 – Sales and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once the files have been delivered to the customer, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
